1. PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed and prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after purchase confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. DELIVERY TIMES
Standard estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the recipient's location. During periods of high demand, deliveries may experience slight delays.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order at any time.

5. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESSES
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
